Still for sale and would you separate them I have a h2h at the mo but a few channels are freezing so hopefully a upgraded box will do the trick.

I am selling them separately, I just happen to have 2 of them so put them both in the same post.
These have 2 satellite tuners and only one cable tuner so not really a direct upgrade from a H2H, that would be the H5.2TC.

My wife is looking for a new freesat box and this could fit the bill. Will she be able to record one show while she watches another with this box? Similarly is it possible to pause/rewind live TV? (we have two satellite feeds). Will she be able to set up a series link on the EPG to record an episode of a show each week? (we have a portable HD to plug in). Also, can you access on demand/catch-up services with this box?

Yes, it has twin satellite tuners and a cable / terrestrial tuner which can also be used with a standard aerial feed.
She would be able to record one channel whilst watching another channel or record 2 channels whilst watching a recording.
Providing the portable HDD is initialised properly she will be able to pause and rewind.
Series link (Enigma2 equivalent is autotimer) can be set to record series and is very configurable.
There is no native no demand /catchup service on Enigma2 boxes but TV series and Movies can be streamed using the included E2iPlayer plugin.
