Do you think it will be better to backup to my Desktop then restore it after the re-flash or use openwebif? The weird issue i have is with the hard drive it doesn't get seen after so many days. The other problem i have is that the channel Flava is now Tru Entertainment channel i don't know if the channels transponder has changed or not but its strange.

Just export and it will save a bouquets_backup.tar file to your default download folder on your PC.
When you put the new image on just restore it with openwebif.

The only thing I'm worried about is that one Music Channel which seems to be True Entertainment. Do you think it will be back to normal once re-flashing? Its strange not sure whats gone with it tbh.

Thanks mate :). Ill give it ago its strange because my Zgemma H2s doesn't have the problem with the certain channel. I just need to remember how to set up the terrestrial up on the H2.

OpenATV is supported for the Zgemmas. You can scan freeview with autobouquetsmaker.

Have you installed ABM? Have you run ABM? Did ABM complete correctly? Does problem occur after restart?
