I've seen it before, you posted it earlier, it's a polite message which should read 'you've set your box up wrong, set it up correct and it will work'
I've been leafing through this thread for 48 hours and have noticed a few things...you added a HDD/USB? - did it work before this? - if so remove it
You've flashed your box? - what with? - did it work before?
