Hi, just picked up a thread back from 2020 where you offered advice on setting up Wi-Fi (something I’ve never managed to do successfully on my H9S) anyway I managed to get it to connect to my phone hotspot, screen immediately played fine! Switched back to wired and again no joy. Something definitely blocking playback….

So box has all green ticks in network test and lan cable is flashing in the port green / yellow.
If router was blocking you would you get all green ticks on box ?

Hot spot works suggest connection issue in house. Not sure if you need to set box to use wired or wifi as dont use wifi in network .

Hi, definitely got internet to the box when using LAN as the epg populates just no picture. When using mobile internet on phone hotspot all works fine including the picture….

Who's your isp?
Have you turned off nanny settings?
