yes indeed it is a network problem reflashed the box still the same i can not seem to solve the problem must be the image i am using but tried all the latest builds nothing works
oh well back to open vix (flashed and all working )
so this must be an image problem for me
 
I've installed Wooshbuild Infinity which has gone fine apart from a couple of issues.
When selecting the Chabs Skins plugin, it crashes the box with the blue screen of death, saying it needs to restart. It does it every time you select it.
The other issue I'm having is the channel numbers. I use the Xtreme Editor plugin for my Freeview and IPTV channels. Usually when I put a fresh install of Wooshbuild on, it automatically grabs the channels, which I delete all of them. Then I use Xtreme Editor to import my own channel list. When you put BBC One on, the EPG bar says "101 BBC One 101" and pressing 101 on the remote takes you direct to BBC One. I've done exactly what I usually do with previous Wooshbuild installs but BBC One says "101 BBC One 851". Pressing 101 just takes it to a black screen with "Seperator - - -" displayed. It seems BBC One is at channel 851 and not 101. I've looked at the channel list and there's no channels above BBC One so I don't understand.
My box is a zgemma H2S by the way.

You go to menu plugins green to download plugins then skins once there downloaded go to wb configeration and select change skin all skins go in there

No go to menu usage and gui extended gui and OSD position to change screen width and hight

Yeah, I did that. Just thought I'd report that the plugin was giving that error.
I still can't get my first channel to be in 101. According to my channel list, there's nothing between 1 and 850. First channel is 851.
 
Sorry if this has been asked already but is anyone else having issues with premier league channel having audio description? I can go into audio and change it but it reverts back to it again. Also on my epg the premier league channel is always blank but for some reason sky one (non hd) always has the premier league listings showing there. Not a major issue just a bit annoying.

Edit: should have said I just updated to this build on my star h2 about 2 weeks ago and apart from the above everything else is fine.
 
OK so setup wooshbuild infinity. Everything running great, so went and installed "add VPN easily" (1.07)
Selected my VPN provider (PIA)
Added username and password correctly. Selected country (france). Saved everything, back to viewing and screen is black and stays black.
I have to remove "add easy VPN" from plugins to get channels to clear.
My provider "does not" block VPNs

What could be issue as there is no way of connecting through VPN, other than FTP config files in?
(Running OpenATV 6.2)

My EPG is also blank on the PL channel, but it does load up after about 20 minutes, if I leave the channel on, no audio description though, I am on infinity on open atv 6.2.

I'm on 6.2 and infinity as well Graham. I've noticed the premier league epg does show eventually as you said but the epg for sky one shows up straight away and as I said it has what should be showing on the premier league channel. If a fix comes up fair enough, if not it's not a big deal.

Are you going onto the sports channels whilst epg importer is running

Sorry Baz not sure what you mean by that. For instance tonight I moved my box back into the living room to watch the football with a few mates and the pl channel is still blank on epg so the box has been on for just over an hour.

Edit: so is the f1 channel but I do t care about that as I don't watch it at all.
 
This is probably a rytec issue, rytec sorces in epg importer often have incorrect data, eg, Asian programmes on kids channels and also some +1 channels
