Web TV on Openbox

Is it possible on a Skybox F3, a couple were being sold in the local last week, but didn't mange to get one to test.
But i am told they are working on IPTV ??

The Webtv app was put on Openbox v8s sold after August 2015 I think.There is no option on the older boxes but I could be wrong.I am about to update the Channel list on a F3 box for a friend later,so will let you know if its there.

Be interested to see if there is a new firmware or update to add iptv, must be a shed load of old boxes around.
