I did download from Filezilla to desktop.Using FileZilla, open /media/HDD/logs
Drag the log to your desktop or open it, select all text>copy.
Paste it in your next post

Where would it be, i did via menu>setup>system>log>log manager.. in the settings there is no mention of crash logs, only logs folder location /media/hddPlease look again. Your picture showed a crash log so it must exist. You uploaded a debug log.
You can't cut and paste from the TV.Where would it be, i did via menu>setup>system>log>log manager.. in the settings there is no mention of crash logs, only logs folder location /media/hdd
I did 2nd time round from Filezilla, post 17You can't cut and paste from the TV.
It's no use using the remote, you have to go into the box using FileZilla and get the enigma2 crash.log file not the debug log
I have forgot using it after i was told by urie,as said the last one was from Filezilla.Forget the remote/screen unless you can take clear and legible screenshots that show the whole log. Just seeing the top is pointless. There will be no mention of crash logs. It is an automatic thing, they will always be created when there is a crash. The only thing you change is location of logs.
Using FTP, please also check /home/root/logs/ as well the location you set in the menu.
Yes but you grabbed the wrong log, you got the debug log and not the crash logI did 2nd time round from Filezilla, post 17
It was the only log there from the timeYes but you grabbed the wrong log, you got the debug log and not the crash log
Crash logThere was only those in the log files, in /media/hdd/logs/ it says "enigma2_crash_2023-08-06-39-05.log" those are only log files showing.
What gets me is only thing that updates anywhere near that time what i have seen is abm and that is at 5.30 am epg is a lot earlier earlier.I'm not an expert on Vix but it looks like a problem with the skin.
Maybe @Willo3092 or @Abu Baniaz can verify

Think you helped me a while ago when i had opentv and grog build and told me to have one or the other Epg wise.It is happening here
Code:<2430517.1728> 08:34:46.6924 [ActionMap] Keymap 'OkCancelActions' -> Action = 'ok'. <2430517.1812> 08:34:46.7009 Traceback (most recent call last): <2430517.1815> 08:34:46.7011 File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/ActionMap.py", line 58, in action <2430517.1833> 08:34:46.7029 File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/Menu.py", line 118, in okbuttonClick <2430517.1848> 08:34:46.7044 File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Tools/BoundFunction.py", line 10, in __call__ <2430517.1862> 08:34:46.7058 File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/Menu.py", line 130, in runScreen <2430517.1876> 08:34:46.7072 File "<string>", line 1, in <module> <2430517.1879> 08:34:46.7075 File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/About.py", line 10, in <module> <2430517.1893> 08:34:46.7090 from Components.Harddisk import harddiskmanager, bytesToHumanReadable <2430517.1899> 08:34:46.7095 ImportError: cannot import name 'bytesToHumanReadable' from 'Components.Harddisk' (/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/Harddisk.pyc) <2430517.1903> 08:34:46.7099 [ePyObject] (CallObject(<bound method ActionMap.action of <Components.ActionMap.HelpableActionMap object at 0x6b373b50>>,('OkCancelActions', 'ok')) failed)
The issue could/should have been fixed. Please try 6.4 003. It will take you about 5 minutes to flash and restore.
I also think that you are using the EPG tabs modified files. I don't think it works on Vix since we segregated the files to make things easier to work with a couple of years ago.
Note: You are wasting your time getting EPG before 06:00, that is yesterday's data. In any case, you should only use one process. You are using EPG importer and OpenTV EPG zapper. One overwrites the data that the other gets ( if you have enabled Sky on EPG importer)
Epg is going to Hdd or Usb and not Internal flash.
