Sorry mate no idea myself on that, I would not know who to contact. It's not like you can ask Amazon to do it.
From what I’ve read on another forum before, iptv is only supposed to be for 24 hrs on drs and lil. I think at one point last year they were giving out 6 month extensions, but I don’t know too much about it.
To be fair the setup on the boxes is pretty good and works well for what it’s designed for which is access multiple sats across the arc. It was never designed solely for 28.2e which was the cherry on top while it lasted.
Should state that upon purchase then really. Many buy for uk only.

normally only 1 day on the viark 4k, it was for me, i recharged via aliexpress for about 20 quid, if you want, the starsat ones actually give you 2 iptvs and over a year on each

Few channels clearing on 28.2e. Bt sport sd 1 and 2. Some asian channels. Seem very stable. Just hope the rest come back on soon.
Fingers crossed. It's a poor service currently for wherever reason.
Recently down time has been more frequent. Ive had mine since nov and I think its great to have. Use iptv as back up. No real complaints really.
Not tested 28.2 but 42e is ok as I've just put the Avl Vs ful game on.
Working now. Seems glitch free.
Have you got Telekom Serbija on 23.5e working? (The Pink channels etc).
