Thanks... my ethernet cable wasn't connected properly so channels weren't clearing and wasn't displaying expiry date but all working again now 👍

Hi i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem, i have a v8uhd running version v1.11.11242, i have downloaded the latest version 245, i have extracted to usb when i go to update it just says fail ?. i know the usb is fine as i loaded a channel list fine.

Just make sure you have correct update file for your box the most recent GT Media V8 UHD file from 20th August
can be found Here => MARS GT MEDIA V8 UHD Software

EXTRACT THAT FILE FROM .ZIP Using 7Zip or Winzip
Try again and report back ....Good luck : )

Yes thats the file i have been trying to use ,i have reset the box to factory defaults and my config file is working.

Yep. Was watching PL with a nice fat grin and now it's turned off 😭😭

16E channels are showing as yellow, so it's definitely not a connection issue.

I've just got my first Viark 4K box and upgraded the firmware to 1.21.

All channels are clearing but I haven't had to click that link to access premium channels? Is that not needed any more?

Are you talking about the UK channels or others. The boxes come with 3 years basic server and you then had to convert the sub to premium. This takes one year off your server length. Look under information on your box it might tell you the length of time your server has left.
