Hello I have a Viark 4k box, and I can't get the usals to work.. I have set my Longitude and latitude up correct but the box is not turning my dish? if I use the manual east and west it turns... Anyone know
how to get the USALS to work on this box?

Is lnb set to 13/18v and 22khz set to Auto and do you have signal trength and quality on the transponder?

If you have uploaded a channel list check you long and lat again as it can be overwritten.

Yes it is

Each satellite must be set individually.

Double check that you have entered your coordinates correctly and reboot the box - sometimes this fixes issues like this.

Well I was able to get my dish to turn by doing a factory default and rebooting the receiver

Youll need to leave it on AFN for a while before it will auto update.

5 mins or so usually does it.

AFN is on server no powervu auto update needed. SIS powervu needs leaving on 4.8e to auto update 👍

Can anyone help me, this is doing my head in. Every now & again, for no reason, I lose the sound. The ‘mute’ icon appears on the screen despite me not muting it. The volume buttons or the mute bottom won’t resolve it. I have to restart the box. Is there a button I’m inadvertently pressing I don’t know about?

Restarting the box gets the sound back on but if I change ‘input’ on TV & then go back to the Viark input it’s muted.
