I wondered why some M+ hd channels had disappeared, seems a retrograde step, why not switch off sd channels to save TP space?
 
Hi guys

This is probably really obvious - but when I'm turning on my Viark Sat, it's not automatically connecting to the wifi, I have to go into the menu each time? Is there a way to get it to automatically connect? Cheers

Mine has done this a few times, try changing wifi name and password on your router then connect your viark to it.
If you have a guest function use that then you won't have to reconnect all your other devices.
 
Hi can someone point me in the right direction, ive got a viark 4k ive downloaded 1.16 firmware its on a fat 32 formatted usb and renamed to update.bin
Im trying to update it power off hold power button but it just flicks onto boot screen everytime.
Any ideas oh wise ones ? Cheers
Everytime i click on menu net&games usb it says usb not ready all the time tried several usb devices
This is doing my nut in lmao

No mate, just menu, net and games I think then scroll down to where it says software I think. Select the latest SW then press ok to install

This is a new box i have factory reset it, if i click on net and games i have a menu with 4 options, Games, USB, IP Setting, VPN
My guess is that when you have previously updated your box @Arsenal123 you have the extra menu for updating over the internet.
I however just don't have it yet
The issue im having is when i click on USB with the stick in the rear or the front with the firmware in the root renamed to update.bin
I get WARNING USB Not Ready ( ive tried several usb sticks now with no joy )
Ive tried this method and the power off method holding the power button in which just flicks by usb straight into boot
Im well pissed off now second box from amazon.de
