Very long time since posting on forum guys. Not since CS days. So good evening all. Having issues since upgrading Mars yesterday.
Channels are green but when I select them with ‘ok’ on remote it will not open them. It sits with ‘encrypted channel’ with another string of letters and numbers underneath. However when I then push arrow up/down it will buffer then load the channels. Anyone experiencing the same? Many thanks.
 
Yeah thanks I had just noticed but couldn’t work out how to edit a post. Ha. It’s box ID with what appears to be an additional 4 numbers at the end. Strange.

Yes get exactly same in most fine but think upgrade has some bugs ..hopefully be sorted in next one.

Have you upgraded to the latest firmware.
 
Cheers lads. I updated to the latest one available think from 31/10. Correct I have the v8uhd. Just double checking that there is not a v8 upgrade aswell as for Mars? Hope makes sense.

TM5402 M4 TNT Sat does not work atm
GT media has various issues atm according to last few previous posts
Viark Sat/4K seem ok although no powervu Still atm
Viark Droi and Drs2 seem ok atm and powervu does work.

GT Media has a single issue of not clearing channel at 1st attempt and need to flick up and down or use menu and back. Not sure where the Various issues comes from unless you know of more?

PS those affected have reported issue is no biggy but hopefully fixed soon.
