@ferret on the previous page @weimaraner95 was not able to reinstall the vhannabal channel list after installing another channel list.
I would just flash the image image again and start a fresh.

Or uninstall previous channel list, then install new/different one.

Anyway, if the objective is to get a Steam Relay bouquet, it is not needed if you are on a recent image. ( Newer than November 2023)

If objective is to have a Sky DE bouquet, you can try ABM, should be working relatively okay.
