Mix em all up in a bottle, once all ingredients are in, give it a good shake, then stand the bottle in hot water for 20 minutes and give it another serious shaking, the heat thins it down to a water like consistency which makes mixing easier.
Costings for 250ml are:
Flavour: £5
Base: £1
Nic salts: £3-£4 depending how strong you want it.
Total = £10 this equates to 40p each for 25 X 10ml bottles, although I've not used 10ml bottles for years, I have dozens of empty 30ml VV flavour bottles

Yeah the nic shots are little 10ml bottles with VG and nic salt, you just empty em in the mix.
Don't use more than 10% flavour, in fact I'd keep it less than this if using VV otherwise it's overpowering, I use about 8%, if it works out too strong or not enough nic you can adjust it to suit, throw another shot in or some base liquid etc

Using online calculators is only a guide, using them in shops is loaded in their favour so that you buy more stuff.
What size bottles are the base liquids?
Is one pg and one vg?
Did you want 9mg final mix?
Nic liquid or salt?
 
Whatever size mix you are making you need around 10% flavour.
Those VV flavour concentrates come in 30ml bottles but you don't have to use it all in one mix, if you use about half, this will flavour 150-200ml.
Say 200 for simplicity.
If you want it to end up about 9mg strength you'd need 100ml of 18mg nic liquid shots, the price is too prohibitive.
Which is why people use nic salts.
You're not going to get it to 9mg but you don't need it, 4-5mg is enough if using salts, so four or five nic salt shots.

Recipe:
50ml nic salts
15ml flavour
Which gives you 65ml.
You need 135ml of base liquids to make up your 200ml batch.

The base liquids last forever so you can make bigger or smaller batches as and when.
Be aware that the cheap flavours on eBay are hideous, use good quality ones only

I've just looked on vv and added these to basket lol with my calculation should make it 12mg works out about £25 or I could get the 20mg nic salt0D2C04CB-F18C-4125-BBC9-34CE70F26966.png
The nicotine states this
NicIt Up is an unflavoured 18mg nicotine shot in a 50VG/50PG mix. This 10ml bottle is not to be vaped on its own. Add NicIt Up to a 50ml shortfill 0mg bottle of e-liquid to turn your mix into a 3mg nicotine strength e-liquid.

This 50VG/50PG mix offers a stronger throat hit which is like cigarettes and is therefore recommended for those who are currently making the switch to e-cigarettes.

Please note: NicIt Up should not be vaped on its own.

NicIt Up is also available in 80VG/20PG and 70VG/30PG.
 
Bit pricey, 2 quid a shot? My place has them for a quid, either salt or liquid, VV flavour concentrates are same, £10.
Base liquids I get for a fiver a litre, yours is £14 a litre (£7 for 500ml)
The premixed bases work out very dear.
I buy a litre of each, obviously I'm mixing it 70/30 so I'm gonna run out of one before the other but it works itself out over the year.
At my shop I'd have that lot for £24 and I'd have two litres of base which would last me ages

Yeah I've got a big bottle of that.
It goes brown in the bottle, and has a strange aftertaste.
The trick to stop this is to keep it in the freezer.
Not sure I'll use it again now I've discovered salts
 
Kernow flavours the black is one of the best juices I've vaped in 10years of vaping.
It's well worth the money.
The Eden bottle shot they do is nice too that's tropical fruits very nice juice.
Tenner for 250ml bottle shots.

Yeah the shots are £2 a bottle do you know where I can get a bottle to mix it and put into tanks bud

Any bottle will do.
I use old Pg/vg bottles but any plastic bottle with a screw cap will do, just make sure it's clean and dry. A 500ml coke bottle will do.
You'll need a large plastic 100ml syringe, vape shops sell them.
Don't try and 'pull' the e liquid up, take the plunger out and pour the vg/Pg in then put nozzle over bottle opening and plunge it in.
These syringes are marked every ml up the side, think they're a quid or two

And if handling 72mg nicotine wear gloves.
That amount of nicotine is dangerous if you get it on your skin.

I used to be able to get it from my local vape shop but he's not been able to supply it for a few years.

Nic hub and the other suppliers are only supposed to supply it to businesses, but I just ticked the box on their site and no checks were made.

Nice one will save a bottle then and nip to ecig shop so for all questions bud and you've gave some solid advice much appriciated

I was aware they say they only sell to businesses.
They always send your order no problems.
Always top quality too no crap pharmaceutical grade.
