V8s no signal on some channels

Have you checked LNB Freq under Antenna Setup? By default its set to Universal(9750-10600).

What should this be? I have a friend with exactly the same issue as this only he is at the early stage of checking things. I have been through checking details tp prog update, Sat search and reentered the subs details but he is getting no signal on some channels. Thanks in advance.

Right guys. Bought a replacement LNB off eBay £13 delivered. Problem solved instantly
