Using a Sky Card on Zgemma

I have zgemma H7 and Active skIt card

Right well I've never heard of a skIt card, and neither has Google, what are you trying to achieve?
You can get all premium channels like sports and movies etc in different ways, you can use a motorised sat dish setup for lots of satellite channels and you can use iptv for lots of other channels.
The encryption on UK cable has not been broken since 2019

Possibly, he replied to a VM related post though, not sure an e2 box would work with any Sky cards although I could be wrong

Like most seem to do these days, he prob didn't even bother to read the thread and just looked at the title ;)

UK (SD) and DE (HD AND SD if you have the right keys) cards both work in E2, IT cards also do but only for a handful of SD channels.
