Unrealistic expectations?!

Is it unrealistic to expect to be able to watch a match without glitching every few minutes? Seems to happen a lot lately with my current sub.

No that's not unreasonable. Try a vpn it will keeps your speeds consistent if on wireless connection.

Just the nature of iptv, in most cases there are things that can go wrong, either on the provider end or it could be the users end, I no longer use iptv for live football as GT Media box covers all that, but I use it for the Racing uk channel , but even then it plays up quite a bit on that, plays on a loop at times, sometimes it shows sky sports racing instead of the racing channel, but on the plus side the ppv boxing has been spot on, so worth it for that alone and its good to have that back up available, the most important thing is finding a good provider, which is easier said than done, the other alternative is to pay sky, vm, bt, their over inflated prices.

My main sub can go all day from the lunchtime kick off on a Saturday right through to the end of the evening's boxing without a single buffer.

If you're getting a lot of buffering and your provider has a support group, are others reporting the same issue at the same time?

Also, before each match do the usual troubleshooting - reboot device and router by switching both off at the mains, clear cache on your iptv app, check you're getting sufficient speed, consider running a vpn as Mike says. If all that fails, might be time to try other providers.

That’s what I do usually, browse through all the channels that is showing the match, but the last match I watched, just one channel was working and that too with continuous buffering every few minutes.

Most have gone to word of mouth as don’t need to advertise as they will have decent customer base.
Put a request in the request thread on forum and your inbox should light up brighter than a hooker at Christmas 😆😆

Agreed, finding a reliable supplier is proving difficult these days.

90% will be down to your own setup plenty of decent providers about.

It's in your device settings rather than in the app itself

Go to settings on device. Then find all apps. Find tivi and select it, should be option to clear cache

Even with vpn on now and trying different servers sometimes for me you can still get buffering or them trying block. Crap if you dont even watch football but considering it seems to be on at all hours now ,rather than years back at perhaps 3pm on a saturday

Try this, I am using a paid or (a donate) version, it was very cheap and it clears ALL App Caches with one click;

If you're able to use Tivi you could try increasing the buffer size , that might help👍

It did tbf😅, still a little apprehensive since I’ve been stung a few times.
