Unrealistic expectations?!

It's very rare we will "tidy up" the request thread ~ we will delete posts against the rules, very little else.
It's not pur problem to safeguard sellers from buyers, you don't want to sell, don't PM people.

The biggest thing we do is every three months, we create a new thread.

Better to inform and help someone than ridicule them.

The request is absolutely ridiculous, and as mosh says this is for unrealistic expectations. If you don't like the comment report it and the admins can decide whether it's acceptable

Its not a choice, choice indicates its an option, 8k doesnt exist as a tv option. If you don't like the thread scroll on past

The opening ceremony tomorrow is in 8K on Chinese and Japanese channels and a whole host of channels will have it in 4k but asking for it like it's commonplace is unrealistic for sure. Not to mention the hardware needed to play it.

It's a light hearted thread on the unrealistic expectations of some people.
You've already said you don't want to see it deleted.
Rather pointless to moan every time someone makes a post here if it upsets you so much, you can ignore threads, see the top of this page.
'Shouting' to people like you did earlier to explain to them their errors is probably a waste of time, and putting your explanation in this thread is likely to cause more embarrasment than ignoring it completely but it's up to you.

1. Evreybody on the planet knows 8k is not avaliable.

2. There are some 4k channels avaliable

The title of this thread is unrealistic expectations so the person who made the request deserves to be in here.

@Aristotle if you decide to educate the poster of the request that is upto you. But we dont need to hear about it.

The fact remains the request is unrealistic

Laughing at someone’s lack of knowledge is a form of ridicule.
