Universal Remote

Can a universal remote be used with the Openbox V8S?

If so an recommendations?

you can get a new remote of ebay or amazon very cheap f5-v5-v8s all the same remotes

Universal will not work with these boxes unless you get the rather expensive copy type which mimics remotes.

Harmony Remote works fine with V5S. About £40+. Controls up to 5 devices.

none of the one 4 all remotes here will work on sky-open-box not even a s9
yet can get new remote for $15 f2-f3-S9

Ive just setup my logitech harmony 650 to work my new zgemma s2 and it works a treat. All i had to do was add new device on the harmony software which was a satellite and told it my manufacturer was zgemma and it mapped all the keys over perfectly.
