I wouldn’t have thought so because they collect your data and save it on the database and don’t use E2E on text messaging.

The development of Telegram is concerning. A disturbing trend is emerging: the scope of punishable actions is continuously expanding. There are fears that in the future, even thoughts could be criminalized.

Who knows, maybe one day we'll even have to count our fingers to check if we're still conforming. This creeping expansion of surveillance and control should give us all pause for thought. Where is this development leading, and where do we draw the line?

I honestly think it will depend on what info government is after an iptv provider with say 100 customers or the telegram group with 30000 odd members into things we cannot even imagine.
