All satellite cs boxes are in the same boat.. your options are either to move your sat dish to 19.* Sat and get a euro sub, get IPTV or pay the man properly. Openbox is capable of doing IPTV but there's no epg.

Sorry have assumed you got a v8 or v9 not sure about the other openbox options.
