Slow motion when changing channels

What image is on the box?
Are you using sat or iptv or both?
Have you tried a different provider/line?

yes I been reading extensively, but cant seem to find a solution. apparently a lot of poeple are facing the same issue. i am using ATV 6.3 Wooshbuild. I am using IPTV SAT and Cable. These lines work fine on my old box.

If it's doing it for a second or two when you change channel this appears to be the norm for boxes using the hisilicon processors as mentioned earlier in this thread.
Is it in slow motion all the time?

Thank you, slow mo is for a second or two but was hoping if the guru's here have found a fix for that. thank you for your help.

I have Zgemma H9S (not 4k)
Recently I did clean install of OpenATV 7.5.1
I downloaded Oscam Stable from feed. I copied: oscam.conf, oscam.dvbapi, oscamserver files from previous oscam folder. (I'm really not good with oscam)
I noticed a lot bigger slowdown now when I change my channels than before. What can be the cause of this? I suspect oscam configs/files
