Tried that and still getting ...
Done - installed,upgraded or removed 0 packages (with 0 errors)...
which means it’s not installed

Have you tried removing the ipk and rebooting your box, then re-load the ipk again?

If log in to your box and go usr/share/enigma2 - do you see a SkyQ folder. If you do delete it. Reboot the box and try and install the IPK again

I have tried without any joy ..just to add I tried the same method and installed a different skin no problems it’s just this one

Just to update.....I finally got the skin to work.....yesterday I did a total software update and then tried to load the skin via software update and also doing the file transfer without any joy.......so today i used my old back up of the wooshbuild infinity to reflash the box (zgemma h2h) then did the file transfer of the ipk file and it worked straight away !!

do u mean a settings backup? my box is now crashing even when i try to restart after i tried to install the sky q skin. i have a zgemma h2h running 6.3

I used my own backup when i first installed the wooshman infinity build mine is running on 6.2

No....when I first flashed my box with the wooshman infinity build I did a full backup on my laptop ...I have used that.....then added the new skin

Hi. The skin is excellent. Thanks you for all your hard work. Very much appreciated.

I’m having an issue when selecting a channel in epg.

When there is no EPG it’s not highlighting the channel it’s on so I have no clue what’s highlighted.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, yes it happens to me in XE VPN, I will have to try a different skin and see if the problem is still there.

I have just switched skins and the problem goes away, switched back to SkyQ and it returns.

Hi Chabs, in XE VPN on the initial screen you have the options to setup your VPN , the blue bar that scrolls down to each option, it only highlights a few of the options, on others it is not visible. In the option to pick a city to connect to, the blue bar is not visible at all, if I randomly scroll up or down it picks the one the invisible bar is on. I hope this makes sense, also many thanks for all the hard work you do on our behalf. My setup is Zgemma H7s, openatv 6.2 up to date and infinity. It also has the problem Wathman described, I did not have any problems updating, I just deleted 2.0.05 and v3 appeared in downloads, installed ok, it works fine otherwise.

One screen shot shows channel 6 highlighted.

Pressed down one and now number 7 is highlighted in the second image.

However it’s not showing as being selected.
