What image are you wanting to flash ? USB flashing is possible for all base images, builds found on TK are flashed as pablo states via telnet command line but even then imo flashing the base image of the build first via FTP is the way to go.

Try a different usb and make sure you have the correct files installed on there. Doubt its bricked
Pretty new box should be ok. Not done a zgemma h11 myself but must be similar to the h9 models. From memory can you boot it on slot 2 i think holding down the power key on boot up screen.
