Looking for a UK based IPTV provider

Using Jellyfin, so multiple connections (2-4)
- Free trial
- M3U
- U.S. and UK local channels + entertainment + news
- Sports: NBA, NFL, Football/Soccer (Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, UEFA Champions and European), MLB, F1
- PPV events (Boxing, UFC etc...)
- Chinese channels (TVB Jade, TVB J2, ViuTV and CCTV) (if NowTV even better)
- EPG preferred

Requirements:

Ability to watch all prem games (including 3pm kick off)
All standard free to air uk channels and sky stuff

I'll be looking for 2 subs one for my house and one for my parents.

Both of us have a 4k max firestick and would prefer if it worked through tivimate

Movies: I really want to have a movie category with latest box office/new releases. VOD and access to subtitles preferably. Only English and Spanish needed.
TV Series: VOD and access to subtitles preferably. Only English and Spanish needed.
Live TV: I am looking for USA, Latin America, and Mexico channels. Some UK will be fine, as well.

Looking for an IPTV provider for my personal plex server. Would like 4-5 connections for family who also use my Plex server.

UK TV and Sports with PPV (Boxing/DAZN etc.) and 3pm Premier League as well as Sky Sports/TNT etc.

M3U and an EPG would be great, like I say I plan on using it from Plex so family don't have to download another app etc.

Free trial would be ideal. 3m/6m/12m pricing too (again though would need 4-5 connections as family will use it and I don't want to have to kick one off for another to watch).

All football, esp Leeds utd football matches.
An absolute must is a massive collection of movies/vod
New latest cinema movies and new releases is a must also with regular new movies added as often as possible.

Tk veterans and vips only.

Would like to trial for minimum 24hours, preferably more to know the services is stable.
