there's dozens of devices you can use iptv on, firesticks, android devices, PC, various phones etc and dozens of different boxes, if you have any of those, may be better getting a trial to see how it goes, not sure ps4 is a good way of having iptv.
if you have an E2 box, you can run iptv alongside a cable or satellite subscription, prepare to be underwhelmed
