PC TV Card Software using CCCline?

I have a openbox and also a TV Card in my pc but is there a software I can use with my card that can use a cline and watch what i do on my openbox on my pc using tvcard ad software?

Your Openbox is a closed system so you can't achieve what you want. You can watch TV on other devices if you upgrade your box to an Enigma 2, e.g. Zgemma.

I have a PC TV Card in my pc
I use DVBDream, ProgTv, DVBViewer software

Is there a plug in that allsowes a cline line to be used.

I use DVBviewer for the TV card in my PC. There is a plugin called Hadu that can be used with a C line to clear the channels.
