odd iptv question

i have just been clearing out my loft and found my old mut@nt hd52 stb great little box in the day just wondered

is it now something i can add iptv to if so how or is it now a doorstop

My HD51 works fine for IPTV. I've never heard of a HD52 though.

ok got openatv latest build put on flash drive done the following
Power off the receiver
Ensure no other USB devices are plugged into the receiver while flashing.
Insert the USB stick containing the image files into one of the USB ports on the receiver, rear USB port is advised if possible.
Power the receiver on.
Immediately after powering on PRESS AND HOLD the front power button until ‘flashing..’ appears on front display.

You can flash it via openwebif or putty. Why not put willobuild on there all the instructions are on his setup page.

Put the usb in the box.
Initialise it/format it via the menu.
Once it's done, press the blue button
Choose flash online/local
The box downloads the image and flashes itself

USB is knackered. Does it successfully initialise?
Try a different one

yes it successfully initialises that error comes up through putty and openwebif also usb drive the box goes into a blue screen error

I only ever use genuine sandisk ones they are bombproof for E2 boxes.

Forget putty and webif, did you try to flash online/local?
After a full reboot.

have now got open atv ver 7.5.1 on the box but willow build still crashes on install

Willow build requires the latest OpenVix as the base image you would be better flashing that then trying to run willobuild install.

Are you choosing a slot to flash to ?

If you dont have any slots it maybe a case of using a recovery image rather then the standard image to recover and partition the flash.

finally got it installed used BouquetMakerXtream to make Bouquets how do i now view tv lol
i have tried to download Xtreamity but it wont install comes up with errors

Xstremity is decent to be honest.

Bouquets maker xtreme BMX makes bouquet channels lists under your favourites button. If you have set it up correctly that is where youll find your IPTV channels
