No signal on tuner b

Have 3 h9. 2h boxes in 3 family members houses, who have lost all freesat channels today.
Tuner b is saying n/a above snr.
Have renewed connections at box and on dish.
Could this be a software issue, what's the chances of all 3 having signal issues in different locations

Just manually scan and view the channels in the main reception list for 28east.

Seem the problem lies with autobouqetsmaker.

Take a picture of how you have both tuners setup please and post them.

Check your f-plugs did not become undone when you were testing. I saw an advanced tuner configuration, why is that there?

Why are you checking a user defined transponder instead of a predefined one? Are you sure you are entering the correct details?

Redone connections at f plug just to make sure. No idea whybuts advanced. Have not touched settings in over 2 years. What should the set up be.

For a tuner connected to a Sky dish, tuner configuration should be (as one of your pictures shows):

Simple
Single
28.2 E
Leave the other options at default.

Please check a predefined transponder or perform a manual scan, select single satellite. Post back how many channels you get. If significantly less than 800, there is a hardware issue.
When you get a chance, please run this command and upload the created file called "mytunerconfig.txt". It wll be in /tmp directory
cat /etc/enigma2/settings | grep config.Nims > /tmp/mytunerconfig.txt

Dont scan a predefined channel, on the scan type select the whole sat.

If this scans in some channels it will help figure out what the issue is.

You are still scanning predefined channel/transponder

Thats what i was told to check, have tried both. Same thing happening on both

Any mad gales to move your sat dish as you need to receive a signal when you do a complete 28.2 scan and takes 5-8 mins

Not really, same issue on 2 different family members boxes and were all in different areas. So 3 boxes all with the same fault on the same day. There all running atv 6.4 with grog.

Getting the error unable to start scan. Scan failed.
Snr usually bes around 87%

If no signal, either the dish isn't connected to the box or the tuner not recognising the dish.
Check cable/tuner for water ingress or rust marks
