No EPG on iptv channels plugin

Hello any ideas how i can load epg on my iptv channels. Im using the plugin to receive channels.

It's downloading epg data in your screenshot?
Are you using a usb to store epg?
It's going to be big downloading vod series epg
I have mine set to iptv live channels and vod films only

Ive disabled Vod films and and series, and restarted just iptv epg but now it just says 0 events

And I currently dont have a USB plugged in

You may have to speak to your provider if the epg isn't downloading
