Thinking of buying this for an elderly loved one @cactikid ... a few months on, how are you getting on with it? Would you recommend this over a simple iphone? I've been waiting for the new iphone se to be released, but this looks like quite a good proposition.

Yes i am happy with it and given 3 year warranty on phone with 1 year free glass repair.
Wont touch an Apple as overpriced. Still getting used to doing more things but happier its working better than last 3 phones.

It was geared for the seniors who dont need all those extras on the phone. I have YouTube notifications on it but used laptop or tv instead with the bigger screen.

Only issue i had was connecting to service outside my house and 2 small inputs of data and working away.
