I have an old slow windows desktop that i only use every few months if needed to download or copy files with a scanner or printer but are very slow in running.

This has had Premium installed for possibly 15+ years with life time updates.
I wanted to remove this on old pc but wanted to recheck my code matches my photos.
When bought it said up to 3 devices can be used and if removing them i need to uninstall it but want that code to upgrade to newer pc first.

Its on downstairs laptop but not to sure if on other non working devices?

Can you login to malwarebytes website and see which devices are tied to your account? Or does the customer dashboard not show that?

I was on their website and raised that issue and heard nothing back and must be 6+ weeks ago.
Dashboard has changed since first use as was visible but not anymore as one could check the license.

That's frustrating. I would try emailing again one more time to see if you can get an answer again. I hate to say it, sometimes these companies A) either ignore us completely or B) have such bad customer service that things get lost in the cracks. Many times, I have to email and call places multiple times just to get simple responses.

You cannot officially get Lifetime subscriptions now I have a few and if i log on to malwarebytes webpage I have no active supscriptions shown. you can try deactivating the key but you will still need correct version of malwarebytes to install I only have version 4 that will take ID and Key. If you have older versions then you will need to search the net if you do not have original version.

Yes as well aware new issues are a yearly thing but when bought was a lifetime sub for 3 units.

Also have an old XPS laptop i must check out to see what is on that. + 2 other laptops i need to power up.
