MAG Device - IPTV question

Hi all,

I have the following dilemma:

I have a MAG544W3 which has Ethernet and WiFi. My provider only supports the use of MAG device and would not set up the service on emulator, so Android device is off the table. I’ve been looking at VPN routers but the trade off will be lower internet speed, which could cause the service to buffer (it’s got a few 4K and fair few HD channels).

From security point of view, I am willing to try lower speed in exchange of masking my location so I don’t get into trouble.

What setup would the community recommend?

Many thanks,
Green

Look for another provider.

Been looking far and wide… this is by far the best one for my needs.
What do you mean the provider wont setup service on emulator , I don't understand I always thought if correct details were entered into emulator it was basicly the same.
are you saying he does not allow the emulator. Have you even tried to set it up.

or can he just to change from mac to m3u or xtream codes login .

I am saying that they’re unlikely to support it if it doesn’t work.

I’ve asked the question today about stb emu - the answer is it won’t work. Not helpful I know but they only support MAG box and won’t cooperate. As I say quality wise they’re the best for my needs and other alternatives I’ve used are nowhere near as good.

Well personally I see no reason why it won't work and i have never asked a supplier when i used a magbox if i could use emulator lots of people use it. But obviously not at same time as magbox. But it's your choice and perhaps if service is getting disrupted via isp blocks I would move supplier or use emulator with vpn.
