LTQ App not Connecting to Server

I have a subscription for LTQ on my Fire Stick and I went to switch it on the other day and it now won't work and says "cannot connect to server".
Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Can't get in touch with my provider unfortunately.
I'm not too wide to the way these subscriptions work and I have only ever used the LTQ app.
If I download a different app will my login for LTQ work for that?

I don't know much about how these subscriptions work so I'm not sure how my provider has set it up.
When on the app and it won't connect server it says "Version 5.1.0.87"
Is there any way of fixing it without being able to connect my provider?

It’s rebranded app by looks of this as latest is Ltq 98 I think unless that updates. so could have numer things wrong need to talk to your provider

sounds to me like either ur providers portal has changed (if app is hardcoded)

or hosting issue if its a panelled LTQ.
