Are you running Oscam?

I'm using CWS line in mgcamd softcam
There's been a few issues in past couple of months with oscam so you might be wise to ask your provider to change it to a CWS line, or if you are using an ARM processor, a C line and use CCcam2.3.2 softcam

I've got a vu+uno4k, my understanding was I could only use Oscam due to the processor ? Do you know where I can find out what processor my box has?

It has an ARM processor so you could use CCcam2.3.2 if you can download it to the box, go to plugins menu and see if it's downloadable

Thanks all working, I'll give some testing.

Zap times increased slightly but channels are a lot more stable, also can now record/watch all 8 tuners without freeze.

Yes the ITV HD channels were playing up bit time past few months but have settled right back down with little or no freeze . have noticed mutv hd has started to work again but is freezing quite often.
