Three are offering 14 day returns cooling period test it with them use it for 10 days then return it to see if the issue is with Vodafone that way you know if the problem is with IPTV or broadband

I'm with Vodafone and I can tell you they did throttle my line on the weekend but with boxing it works without freezing

Me and my friend has similar ITPTV provider. My service is working but his not. He is on Virgin and I am on Voda.

We Swapped our boxes, his box is working in my house and my box is not working in house.

What is the possible reason?

I suspect his IP may be blocked. He is say morning time it works then after 2 to 3 hours use, it stopped.

VM is blocking and a vpn should fix his issue.
I used to get intermittent blocks with VM but now with voda and I have no blocks.

Log into the VM router and disable the parental controls/filters. Save and restart modem and then try.

Anecdotally speaking blocks seem to be worst during weekends and sometimes during uefacl and europa. The major culprits seem to be Sky/BT/Virgin with all the other providers not blocking as much or at all. The 2-3 window makes sense as well as the target the 3pm window or 8pm during the weekdays. Pretty simple to set up a vpn with split tunneling so only the TV app uses the vpn in case you are still need watch something on iPlayer/Netflix etc so you don't need to disconnect and connect.

I do not know, what have they done with the box, even VPN not connecting. In my home VPN connect in 3 to 4 second but in his house, VPN does not connect at all.
I think they are wining and getting control of us.

Also with virmin you should also login into online account and turn off Websafe.
