I am looking for the best reseller around, I am currently using a provider that has NO VOD, nor a documented channel list, just 3200 channels thrown into one page.

if possible, I would require:
- VoD,
- 3pm kick off's,
- Documented channel lists (Categories: UK | Sports, US | Sport, PPV & 3pm kick off's, etc).
