Try changing the stream format to Default rather than I suspect is set as MPGETS on your Firestick
 
erm could b the isp over ther tbf iv had a slight issue with a few in australia, but like u say depends on his dns if its changed ,if his domain /dns has expired ,if u had the dns i do have a paid dns,user,pass xc from xc i paid for that you could try ,if it worked then you would know its his app but think its defo sumat supplier side
 
Hi did this get resolved? Having the same problem in NZ. Supplier from UK. It has been working fine for 2 weeks in a hotel but now I've moved home I just can't log in! Any help appreciated
 
Hi I had the same problem so got the newer stick out my sons room and it worked so the problem was the older stick
