Ibo Player Pro stopped loading in WebOS

Hello guys, my IBO Player Pro app in my WebOS TV does not load since this weekend. It stays in the loading screen and doesn´t do anything.

I´ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it´s still the same, I can´t get it to go to the main menu.

Has this happened to anyone else recently? Or why can this be happening?

Have you tried disconnecting tv from your internet network and unplugging it for a few minutes. Also unplug router for a few minutes.

My ibo player pro app still works just tested it again.
 
Had this problem and was one of these that solved it
Power off TV completely
Disconnected from network
Reboot router
Server expired and app was trying to connect. Remove server if you can your end.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I have just been able to have some time to try all the stuff.

I have tried this steps but its still not working. Something I´ve noticed is that whenever I try to open the app, it does like a white flash and then tries to load.

Any idea what it might be causing the issue of not loading?
 
Could it be an issue with your server it's connecting to? Presume that works using different device on me network?

I have tried the same app on a different device and it did work perfectly fine. Can it still then be related to the server?

I know this is not ideal but have you tried factory reseting your TV?
If you do attempt this remove the ibo app first.

Dumb question maybe, but would reseting the TV give it a different MAC?
Because I have paid for the app and I would then lose it.

If not, I will definitely try this.

Yup, same network.

I´ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling like 5 times already sadly.

Because I have paid for the app and I would then lose it.

MAC address is hardwired into the hardware so doesn’t change.

That´s what I thought. But when I open for example the different IBO apps I´ve installed, the MAC address that shows up to be able to login and add playlists is different in all of the apps :((

How many ibo apps do you have on your Tv with different MAC addresses?
The Tv has one MAC address only.
From reading ibo also give you a device key.
They will also help you change MAC address if need be.

So I have 2 IBO apps right now: Ibo Player Pro and IBO STB. I´ve checked and the other non-IBO apps that I´ve used the free trial of (like Smarters for example) also give me a different MAC.

So literally all of the apps give me a different MAC address. Not one even starts with the same characters.

"They will also help you change MAC address if need be": Do you mean that if the MAC is changed I can ask them to put my subscription into the new one?
 
Are all these different macs all on the same TV, or different TV? Could it be that your TV has an option of virtual mac. Where it will change the mac. Like a lot of phones seen to do...

All of this is happening in the same TV.

Yes you can explain what measures you have had to take to get the app working again.
That can remove the old MAC address from their system.
Do you have a device id also?
