How do i delete Favourites groups.

I bought an Openbox v5s a few days ago and after updating the channels i found i had favourites groups named 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc that i dont want. Is there a way to delete these groups. Thanks.

you updated wrong

covered loads of times

when you update, if the list is 1 2 3 ect
go to factory reset and click yes to remove channels
reboot
if you get no ch come up reload
