help needed please

Hi can anyone help!!!
My spiderbox hd 6000 turns off and on constantly since I added a new patch and I can not do anything with it??

I think the spiderbox 6000 has a problem with some lines,try a factory reset and patch ( do not do a factory reset after the patch) that's what I did yesterday after trying all else and it worked,if the red and green buttons are constantly turning on and off you may need a fix with a null modem and hyperterminal,hope this helps
