H2H Tuning Fail Error

Now getting channels 1-5. When I scanned says found 401 channels but screen I blank on others channels.

if you got 1-5 sd it'a highly likely your lines dead

restart your network, your ip may have changed

reboot the router and box from the socket and see if the ip has changed

do a network test on the box

If you are getting the freeview channels and your tuner is scanning then it is most likely your line. Try a test line anf if that works then contact your server guy.

Update: checked IP address & it has now changed looking under the info on the h2h. What do I do now? the end of IP has changed from o.8 to o.4

in filezilla use the new ip address,
I have all [ most ] of the stuff on my network on fixed ip
there is a setting in network to turn off DHCP
it will then keep your box on its current IP address
