Just been trying Google Translate and getting this message, tried on Firefox, Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge.

Tried myself on chrome and fire fox browsers and Google translate working fine.

Google Translate website works, it's only when I click on "Translate this page" in Google search that I get that message, if I use Google Chrome & click on a Foreign webstite page it opens & automatically translates it to English.
Maybe it's a Network thing, it might sort itself out, found this on Google,
"Why Google Translate Error Cannot Open (your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now)".

Got it fixed, Googled, "How To Fix Automated Queries Errors",
Restarted the Router

I use Translate Web Pages in firefox
