Gas burning torch for felt

Right bought this for burning down weeds using a tap on top of cylinder and threads below to attach regulator and hose.

I need to get a bottle refilled to use with this and i also found 1 new and 1 older bottle that uses the push down regulator and flip over switch , not sure if there is a conversion kit so i could use up these cylinders of gas so i thought i would ask.
