I did strip it down and take a look but nothing obvious. So best left to an expert.

People have units powered on and play with cables and get a power spike which blows things or you might have got a power surge and do you have any protection in use?

No don’t have any protection on it. Wasn’t messed around with just came home from work and nothing. Fine the previous night. It’s what it is I guess. It’s bin a good box.
