Epg on iptv not working on jedi

It must be my provider used different IPTV provider his work ok he said don't really support enigma 2

In jedimaker menu click on playlist and continue..when settings page comes up, make sure use rytek is set to NO and use provider EPG is set to YES then continue.
Afterwards, import EPG data using epgimporter

Must be provider just used my back up service all working fine now
