Dish alignment or faulty tuner?

I cant figure out that bit at end of lnb. I have the inverto black ultra quad and my initial look makes me think lnb needs to be pushed towards dish face. Here is a pic my ultra, note the fact the back is at the end of lnb holder, this is a traix dish and looks similar to yours.

I’ve move the lnb in/out, it’s now as close to the dish as poss, still no signal, I’ve stepped west/east on fine movement in the positioner in menu, no signal. I’ve loosened the elevation of the dish & moved it up/down, no hint of a signal. Good signal on Thor using signal finder in the settings. 🤯. I’m in Liverpool, anyone recommend someone local to me to come & service it?

I was out all day. That is a total mystery, you have to question the lnb, can you try the old lnb. and any likely obstruction, a cable, trees/shrub.

Did you move the whole rig left and right and is it dead straight. I'm stumped now. Remember you did get 23 in the past. When you move dish do you get the onscreen dish thingy? And when you go to 28east do you get good signal on cnn or channel 5. If you go to 28 and get a good signal , then use positioner to move dish east its only. 5 degrees.

Hi mate, been a bit busy, reckon I’ve found the problem! A tree in the garden, didn’t think it was coming into play as I was getting 19.2 & 28.2 but when it’s on 23.5 it looks like it’s bang in the middle of the highest point of the tree. Gonna have to get a tree surgeon in now! More money, just as well I didn’t get an engineer in to calibrate it😂Thanks so much for your help 👍
