Can someone confirm the settings I need for icam to work please?

I've installed the UK,IT,DE version of oscam already and have the following settings enabled:

Had to select the channel on the bouquet, and then press menu, select "Play service with stream relay"

No longer have a sub to test, but I'm sure the latest channel lists like vhannibal icam work without having to press "pswsr"

I use ABM to create a HD channel bouquet on 19.2E.

Will have a search around and see what I can find

VERY VERY hard to find, but they do exist.
