Are the issues kicking in now as Sly atlantic did not work last night and sky1 is frozen picture on 19.2.
Atlantic works for short while and freezes 098D listed.

normally, Movistar goes black when the Esp play footie..when its over it comes back to life...ISP blocking in UK.
if it happens to you even without footie, then check with your provider.

A different server will make no difference to an ISP block.
