Which is causing isues

Hi, anyone having problems with some Polish channels? e.g Sundance, Cinemax?

Sundance tv, Cinemax & Cinemax 2 working okay for me on 13e. ecm time higher than usual over 1.000 when I open the channels, but quickly drop to around 0.450 within seconds.Only watch each channel for a few minutes but not freezing.
